03. PERSONALISED QUOTE

RBC prepares the overall cost of the project – standard and tailor-made furniture and lighting, logistics, including exports – depending on the type of project and the quantities.

We are able to adapt ourselves within this predefined package and to optimise each choice of products according to the best offer on the market, while respecting the artistic direction of the project.

04. HELP CHOOSING FINISHES AND MATERIALS

Each RBC showroom has a materials library to facilitate your choice of finishes, materials, colours and coatings.

We provide exhibition space in our showrooms and are able to create a faithful presentation of a showroom, part of a restaurant, a reception hall or co-working spaces.

05. ORDER

The RBC project coordinators centralise all purchases and allow precise monitoring of deadlines and quantities at any time.

We also centralise international purchases and we are able to manage a large number of open supplier accounts around the world.

06. PLANNING

RBC plans all stages of the project.

Manufacturing times for standard furniture, and tailor-made furniture if necessary, supplier delivery times, assessment of assembly time, management of exports and boat / plane time, estimates of weights and volumes, types of wood and various materials for export, cost of port and customs clearance costs, and the cost of insurance within the framework of product transport.

07. STOCK MANAGEMENT

RBC has several logistics platforms, covers the entire national territory and has its own fleet of trucks.

There are logistics platforms of 3000 m² in Gallargues-le-Montueux, 4000 m² in Lyon and 3500 m² in Paris. RBC also works with one of the best high-end export delivery specialists. We are able to detail each arrival in our depots and carry out quality control (opening of packages, product photos, etc.)

08. LOGISTICS

With the ambition of offering quality service, RBC has chosen to integrate 2 technical managers into its workforce for major B2B projects and offers an integrated logistics service.

They are responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of project implementation according to schedule. Their mission is to consult with the companies, provide the necessary quotes and manage deliveries by phase.

 

09. AFTER-SALES SERVICE

RBC provides after-sales service management for all of its products regarding the supplier warranty.

This warranty covers the replacement and guarantee of the parts and labour, or replacement or reimbursement of the product (if repair is deemed impossible by RBC or the manufacturer or, if the repair proves to be too expensive

Commercial Divison

Each project is followed by a referent specialised in an area of expertise: offices, hospitality, major projects, communities, companies.

Design Office Division

Trained as architects or interior designers, the professionals in our design offices can intervene at all stages of the project: product layouts & elevations; product presentation sheets; 3D images, help choosing materials. They are the relay of the project architect’s design office and work hand in hand with the project managers.

Project Coordination Division

A nerve centre, the project coordinators centralise purchasing and are the point of contact with our suppliers. This division monitors the project upstream and downstream, from placing orders to monitoring delivery times.

Major Projects Technical Division

The technical coordinator oversees the installation of the furniture in conjunction with the client’s work teams, the architect and the AMO. He prepares the site and checks the installations, receiving the fittings provided by RBC. This preparation is accompanied by taking measurements as well as readings of any technical element that interacts with the furniture.

Logistics Division

Our technical managers oversee the entire logistics mission: consulting with companies, providing quotations on site, quality control of arrivals, delivery and installation on site, breakdown of products according to the plans provided, assembly of standard furniture, assembly of special furniture, removal of packaging, protection of products if necessary.
