After receiving the brief, the Habitat project managers formulate an initial artistic response.

This presentation includes: moodboards, product boards, material boards.

03. PRODUCT SELECTION

Because choosing is an art.

We guide your choices, in resonance with your project and your budget, among more than 500 suppliers and manufacturers of furniture, lighting and design accessories.

04. PERSONALISED QUOTE

RBC prepares the overall cost of the project – standard and tailor-made furniture and lighting, delivery and installation, including exports.

We are able to adapt to a predefined budget package and optimise each choice of products according to the best offer on the market, while respecting the artistic direction of the project.

05. QUOTE APPROVAL

The validation of the cost goes hand in hand with the approval of the interior design proposal.

A deposit of xxx% is paid at the time of signing the quote. The cost may be reviewed according to the choice of categories of fabrics or coatings selected.

06. HELP CHOOSING FINISHES AND MATERIALS

Each RBC showroom has a materials library to facilitate your choice of finishes, materials, colours and coatings.

Because the pieces of furniture accompany you for life, both in terms of their quality and their design, it is essential to be able to touch, try and feel each coating or finish that will dress it.

07. ORDER

RBC project coordinators centralise all purchases and enable precise monitoring of deadlines at all times.

We also centralise international purchases and we are able to manage a large number of open supplier accounts around the world.

08. CUSTOM DELIVERY WITH INSTALLATION

We ensure delivery and installation on site, with the help of our teams of specialised fitters.

The project manager is on site during this important phase and guarantees a smooth delivery.

DESIGN OFFICE DIVISION

Trained as architects or interior designers, the professionals in our design offices can intervene at all stages of the project: product layouts & elevations; product presentation sheets; 3D images, help choosing materials. They are the relay of the project architect’s design office and work hand in hand with the project managers.

PROJECT COORDINATION DIVISION

A nerve centre, the project coordinators centralise purchasing and are the point of contact with our suppliers. This division monitors the project upstream and downstream, from placing orders to monitoring delivery times.

LOGISTICS DIVISION

Our technical managers oversee the entire logistics mission: quality control of arrivals, delivery and installation on site, breakdown of products according to the plans provided, assembly of standard furniture, assembly of special furniture, removal of packaging.
